This lane is mostly just farming for both champions, however Ziggs is able to harass much better with his q. Be careful early on as ziggs, as twisted fate is able to outdamage you using before level 4. Afterwards, Ziggs has superior wave clear and is able to roam with his ultimate, and if TF decides to ult at another lane Ziggs can decide to either help with his ult or push mid hard taking a good chunk off the mid tower. Junglers also heavily decide the winner of this lane, as both champions are fairly immobile, but yet again Ziggs will be superior in his escapes using his w to close the gap between him and his tower.
